Product Development
20+ years of CAD experience. A Mechanical Engineering Technology degree. A background in OEM manufacturing and material handling design. Hundreds of production parts shipped across automotive, motorsports, and industrial equipment — that's the engineering behind every project we take on.
Bringing Your Product to Market
CAD, scanning, and prototyping are tools — not what we actually sell. What we do is take a product from "this doesn't exist yet" to "this is ready to build." We design for how it gets built, not just how it looks on screen.
What Happens After You Reach Out
You don't need to know CAD, 3D scanning, or prototyping to work with us — you just need a part, an idea, or a problem to solve. Here's how a project moves from first email to finished parts.
Discovery — A short call or email to understand your part, timeline, and goals.
Requirements — We define fit, function, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing method before any modeling starts.
3D Scan — When a physical reference exists, we capture accurate, CAD-ready geometry in-house or on-site.
CAD — Parametric, fully constrained models built for how the part actually gets made.
Prototype — In-house 3D printing, plus outsourced MJF/SLA when needed, to validate fit and function before production.
Validation — Fit checks and functional testing, with revisions until it performs the way it's supposed to.
Manufacturing Support — Every project ships with STEP files. Want extra hands? We coordinate CNC machining, TIG welding, and fabrication through trusted partner shops.

What This Costs
Every project is scoped individually based on your part, tolerances, production goals, and timeline—from a single prototype to full production. Our preference is to provide fixed-price quotes whenever practical, giving you predictable costs from the start. For engineering support billed on a time-and-materials basis, our standard rate is $150/hour. 3D scanning services are also $150/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Reach out with your project details, and we'll provide a fast, no-obligation quote.
